All of our poke bowls are made with both CERTIFIED AND NATURALLY gluten-free ingredients, with optional non-gluten-free seasonings. While the dishes are not made in a gluten-free environment, we do our very best to avoid cross-contamination by using freshly disinfected kitchen equipment before any preparation. Please specify in your order if you have allergies so that we can prepare your dish safely and separately.
